Log into the site.
Go to 'My Clan'
Go to 'Maintenance'

Ensure all the details below are correct then click 'Update Clan'

Clan Name
Clan Prefix
Website URL
Details (Clan details for homepage)
Game Check all the relevant boxes that your clan play as a team.

STEP 2 - Ranks

Ranks are the same across all games therefore your clan will always have one rank structure.

Log into the site.
Go to 'My Clan'
Go to 'Maintenance'
Go to 'Ranks'

Enter the rank sequence number (lowest number = highest rank).
Enter the rank description then click 'Update Ranks'

example:

10	General
20	Brigadier General
30	Sergeant
40	Private

 

STEP 3 - Platoons

Platoons are setup per game so you could have GR member in a normal platoon but who is in the HQ platoon of BHD.
This is designed to give you as much flexibility over all games.

Log into the site.
Go to 'My Clan'
Go to 'Maintenance'
Go to 'Platoons'

Select the Game the platoon will be in.
Enter the sequence of the platoon (eg lowest number = senior platoon)
Enter the platoon name and click 'Update Platoons'

example:

Ghost Recon	10	HQ Platoon
Ghost Recon	20	Alpha Platoon
Ghost Recon	30	Bravo Platoon
Black Hawk Down	10	HQ Platoon
Black Hawk Down	20	Airbourne
Black Hawk Down	30	Infantry

 

STEP 4 - Members

There are 2 stages to this process. In the first stage you will assign members to the clan (who need to
register with the site first) with their ranks, in the second stage you assign platoons and roles to
members within each game.

Log into the site.
Go to 'My Clan'
Go to 'Maintenance'
Go to 'Members'

Stage 1

Select 'ALL' from the drop down list below the title and click 'GO'

To add new players select a member from the drop down list in the 'Add Member' section.
Assign them a rank and click 'Update Members'

Stage 2

Select the required game from the drop down list below the title and click 'GO'

Assign a platoon and a spefic role (if required) then click 'Update Members'

 

STEP 5 - News

Log into the site.
Go to 'My Clan'
Go to 'Maintenance'
Go to 'News'

Ensure all the details below are correct then click 'Update News'

Enter the sequence number (eg 1 = highest priority article)
Enter the article title
Enter the article details.

STEP 6 - Forum

The forum(s) you create will only be accessible to your members, there is a general forum that all
members have access to.

There are 2 stages to this process. In the first stage you will create categories within pre-defined
sections (supported games & selected others). The second stage is to create sub categories within the
categories created in stage 1.

Stage 1

Log into the site.
Go to 'My Clan'
Go to 'Maintenance'
Go to 'Forum'

Select the section for the category from the pre-defined list.
Enter the sequence number for category (lowest = first, highest = last)
Enter the title of the category.
Click 'Update Forum'

Stage 2

Log into the site.
Go to 'My Clan'
Go to 'Maintenance'
Go to 'Forum'
Click on 'Expand' for the required category.

Enter the sequence number for sub-category (lowest = first, highest = last)
Enter the title of the sub-category.
Enter the brief description (1 line) of the sub-category.
Click 'Update Forum'

STEP 7 - Allies

Log into the site.
Go to 'My Clan'
Go to 'Maintenance'
Go to 'Allies'

Ensure all the details below are correct then click 'Update Allies'

Enter the ally description
Enter the ally URL.

After this has been done you can click on the 'Image' button to download an image for the ally.

STEP 8 - Links

Log into the site.
Go to 'My Clan'
Go to 'Maintenance'
Go to 'Links'

Ensure all the details below are correct then click 'Update Links'

Enter the link description
Enter the link URL.

After this has been done you can click on the 'Image' button to download an image for the link.

Once the details have been entered, you can change any of the required details by going to the relevant
page, changing the details and clicking the 'Update ...' button. If you make a change but dont want it
activated the un-check the 'Update' checkbox, if you want to delete any of the entries then check the
'Delete' checkbox - the click the 'Update ...' button.
